Cancellations

Once you have received a confirmation letter from us, confirming that we have received your deposit payment, it means that the tour is guaranteed to run and your place on the tour is confirmed. It does, sometimes, happen that a tour has to be cancelled after we have confirmed it. This does not often happen but when it does, it's usaully because of circumstances outside of our control. In these cases we will refund the full payment that you've made or you can change to another date.


If it rains

As with many outdoor activities, there are inherent possibilities of accidental damage to your property, and even though we will take the utmost care to ensure your personal and your properties’ safety, accidents can still happen. Just Nok tours and its staff therefore do not accept responsibility for your accidental personal injury or property damage. We do recommend that all highly valuable items (such as passports, cell phones, tables, cameras, etc.) be left in the lockers at our shop or in the support vehicle when available. If you decide to take along any of these items, it is at your own risk.

Refunds

If a tour is cancelled by us, we will always try to notify you well in advance and will give you a full refund of all amounts that you've paid.

If you need to cancel the tour after already making a payment, the following refunds applies:

Non pick-up tours (these are tours where you need to come to the shop for the tour)
* Full refund of all amounts paid if you cancel more than 3 days before the start of the tour.
* Full refund of all amounts paid less 50% of the deposit amount plus expenses if you cancel more than 24 hours before the start of the tour.
* Full refund of all amounts paid less the deposit amount if you cancel 24 hours or less, before the start of the tour.

Pick-up tours (these are tours where you are picked up at your hotel)
* Full refund of all amounts paid if you cancel more than five days before the start of the tour.
* Full refund of all amounts paid less the deposit amount if you cancel five days or less before the start of the tour.

Running late and No Shows

Please note, traffic in Bangkok is always bad, so please leave your hotel well in advance. If you are running late and connot get to our shop on time, please call us. However the latest that we can wait for you is fifteen minutes after the tour start time.
If you don't show for the tour without letting us know that you are not coming, then unfortunately there is no refund.

Give up or stop before end of the tour

If (for whatever reason) you decide to stop doing the tour after we have already started the tour, then unfortunately there is no refund.

Damage to your property

Damage to the bikes

From time to time there are damages that occur to our bikes due to normal daily usage – such as flat tyres, or chains breaking and these we fix at our expense. We do ask you not to perform any tricks or stunts with the bikes or to use excessive force, as repair of damages or replacements resulting from this type behavior will be at your cost – so please, no jumping, forcing the gears or wheelies, etc.
